We read messages Monday to Friday and usually reply within one working day. If you are writing about an order, include your order number and we will have it open in front of us when we answer. The form below reaches the same inbox, so use whichever you prefer.

You might not need us

Most orders leave our fulfilment partner's warehouse in the UK within one to two working days and arrive two to five working days after that. Packaging is plain and discreet. If your question is about delivery, returns or what a piece is actually like in the hand, there are fuller answers on the FAQ page, in our shipping policy and in the refund policy. Returns run for 14 days from delivery, and they start with an email to us rather than a parcel in the post.
