FAQ

Good questions

Everything you might want to know before you order.

How long will my order take?

Most orders leave our fulfilment partner's warehouse in the UK within one to two working days, then take a further two to five in transit — so three to seven working days in all. Between October and December that can stretch a little. You'll get an email the moment yours is on its way.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes — plain and unbranded, with no pricing or invoice inside.

Are your crystals genuine?

Almost everything here is natural stone, cut and polished rather than manufactured, so each piece is unique in colour and form — what arrives won't be identical to the photo, and that's part of the pleasure. A handful of materials are made rather than mined: opalite and goldstone are both glass, and our aurora pieces are optically treated. We never pass those off as something they aren't — where a piece is man-made, its description says so in the first line.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have fourteen days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason at all, and another fourteen to send it back. Full details are in our refund policy.

What if it arrives broken?

Stone and glass occasionally don't survive the post. Message us with your order number, send a photo when we reply, and we'll put it right — no need to send the pieces back.

Do the free tools really cost nothing?

Nothing at all. The tarot reading, crystal quiz, moon calendar, birth chart, numerology and crystal library are all free, with no account and no purchase. We built them because we wanted them to exist.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not yet — we deliver across the United Kingdom only, and we'd rather do that properly than do everywhere badly.

How should I cleanse my crystals?

It depends on the stone: some dislike water, some fade in sunlight. The care notes in our crystal library tell you which is which. Many people simply leave a piece on the windowsill overnight under a full moon.
