Delivery

• Free UK delivery on orders over £40. Under £40, a flat £4.99.
• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in the UK. Delivery then takes 2–5 working days by tracked courier.
• Discreet packaging — plain, unbranded, with no invoice or pricing enclosed. Only a shipping label.
• Scottish Highlands & Islands and other remote postcodes may take a little longer.

Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Email hello@harmonyelements.co.uk to arrange a return and we'll send you the return address; you then have a further 14 days to post it back. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect, and we refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it. For hygiene reasons, opened incense, candles, oils and cosmetics can only be returned if faulty. Full details are in our refund policy.

Fragile items (crystals, glass, candles) are packed with care — but if anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll put it right straight away.
