Rune Sets
Twenty-five stones to a pouch: twenty-four marked with the Elder Futhark, one left blank. Runes are the old Germanic alphabet, each letter also a word and a meaning, and casting them, drawing a few from the bag and reading what falls, has been a form of divination since the Vikings. Our sets are cut from a single gemstone each, engraved and gilded, and come in a drawstring pouch, so a set in tiger's eye reads differently in the hand from one in rainbow moonstone, labradorite, lapis or one of the agates. Choose the stone for its meaning in crystal practice, or just for the one you want to hold. A rune set is a good first divination tool for someone who finds tarot too much to learn, and it travels well.
