Backflow Incense Burner - Dragon in Pool with Surprising Details
Hypnotise yourself entirely as smoke travels the full length of the beast
Anchor your coffee table with a striking mythical piece that demands attention
- Long enough at 24cm for the smoke to run the full length of the pool
- Detail worked right round the piece, not just on the front
- One of the most watchable backflow burners we stock
- Sits low and wide, so it suits a coffee table or a hearth
- Needs a flat, heatproof spot — keep it clear of polished wood
Turn a mundane evening into a slow-motion display of cascading magic
The dragon lies along a shallow ceramic pool, so when the smoke comes down it fills the channel and travels the whole body. Twenty-four centimetres gives it room to do that properly; short burners never really get the effect going, because the smoke runs out of somewhere to go.
Detail is worked all the way round rather than only on the side facing you, which is unusual at this price. You will need backflow incense cones — the smoke has to be heavy and cool enough to sink, and ordinary cones will not manage it. Give it a flat heatproof surface and it does the rest. Do not place it on painted or polished surfaces.
Ceramic. 24 x 6.5 x 8cm.
