Make your singing bowl sing beautifully instead of just tapping it
A singing bowl striker turned from terminalia elliptica, a dense hardwood from Nepal that takes years of striking without denting or splintering.
This is the middle size and the one most people actually need. At 22cm and 142g it carries enough mass to bring a full note out of a mid-sized bowl, while staying light enough to run around the rim for the sustained hum — which the extra large striker is simply too heavy to do.
It suits bowls from about 12cm upwards, including our 16cm Mandala Buddha bowl, and it is the obvious partner for a first one. It also does the unglamorous job of standing in for a striker that has gone missing or worn smooth.
