Aura angel quartz is clear quartz that has been bonded with a fine layer of precious metal in a vacuum chamber, and that layer gives it the soft rainbow sheen across every face. The effect is permanent, it does not rub off, and it changes with the angle of the light, so the piece never looks quite the same twice. This is the large size, a cluster of points nearly ten centimetres across and well over three hundred grams, big enough to lead a shelf or a windowsill. Underneath the treatment it is natural quartz, with the terminations and growth lines that come with it. In crystal practice aura quartz is associated with lifting the mood of a room and is often kept in a meditation or healing space.
