Bring a quiet earthy elegance to your daily meditation routine

Green is the quiet one of the three large sets, and the only one that keeps its best detail out of sight. From the side you get a bottle green body, gold Om symbols and a plain brass rim. Then you look down into it and find a Tree of Life picked out across the base.

The 14cm bowl is the size that gives a long low note at chair height rather than floor level. Bowl, cushion and striker come together, so there is nothing further to buy. Tap the rim to start the note, then walk the striker slowly around the outside until it builds into a tone that holds on after your hand comes away.

Brass and wood. 19.5 x 19.5 x 8cm. Weighs 1.3kg. From India.
