A carved decoration on the shelf when it is closed
A crescent moon shaped box in carved mango wood, decorated with the sun and the phases of the moon. The lid slides open smoothly to reveal a compact compartment inside, sized for jewellery, a few crystals, small tarot accessories or a meaningful keepsake.
Closed, it is a decoration in its own right, and the crescent shape stands out on a shelf, an altar or a bedside table among square boxes. Opened, it is a quiet place to keep the small things that matter.
Each box is carved from natural mango wood, so the grain differs from piece to piece and every box has its own character.
Mango wood. 17 x 14 x 5.5cm. Weighs 400g. From India.
