Natural Riverstone Grounding Pot - Large Hand-Carved Stone Bowl
Hide an entire night's worth of clutter inside a rugged ancient stone
Anchor a chaotic hallway with a massive three-kilo bowl that never moves
- Holds a whole handful of tumbles or an evening's rings and earrings
- Hollowed from a single river stone, with a lid cut from the same piece
- At 2.7kg it never slides across a surface
- Closed it passes for a smooth grey stone; open it is quietly useful
- Hand shaped in Indonesia, so the grain and colour are unique to yours
Bring the raw stabilising power of a riverbed straight into your home
This is one solid piece of river stone, approximately 15 x 12cm, with a bowl hollowed out of it and a lid cut to match. It weighs the better part of three kilos, which is the whole point: it sits exactly where you put it and does not shift when you drop a handful of rings into it.
The inside has real room, so a full handful of tumbles or a night's worth of jewellery disappears into it. Because the lid is carved from the same stone, grain and colour carry across the join and it reads as one object when closed. Lid on, it looks like a smooth grey stone somebody left on the side. Lid off, it is the tidiest your jewellery has ever been.
Riverstone. Weighs 2.7kg. From Indonesia.
