A good first raw pendulum that doubles as a pendant
A raw amethyst pendulum: a rough-cut piece of the purple stone, uncut faces and all, wrapped in a silver-tone wire spiral and hung from a fine chain. Where a polished pendulum is a tool first, the raw one is a piece of mineral first, with the natural texture of the crystal kept and the wire doing the holding, and it is the version chosen by people who prefer their stones as they came out of the ground. Amethyst is the stone of calm, clear thinking and protection in crystal practice, and the raw point is used for dowsing, held in meditation, or worn on the chain as a pendant, which it looks like. Each piece is a different fragment of natural amethyst, so the shape, the depth of purple and the markings vary from one to the next, and the photograph shows the type rather than the exact piece. At eight pounds fifty it is the cheapest of the raw pendulums and a good first one. Sold singly.
