A selenite palm stone, 7cm by 5cm and rounded to fit the hollow of a hand, with a mandala engraved into the upper face. Palm stones are made to be held: the shape settles into the palm, the thumb finds the engraved lines, and the stone warms as it sits there. That is the whole use of it during meditation or a long phone call. This one is cut from Moroccan selenite and polished, at 100g heavy enough to feel but light enough to carry in a pocket. The mandala gives the thumb something to trace. Selenite dissolves in water, so it stays out of the bath. In crystal practice selenite is the clearing stone, and a palm stone is how it gets used rather than displayed.
