Eighteen extra-large moss agates for a gardener's grid
Moss agate looks like something grew inside it, and in a sense it did: the green inclusions are mineral dendrites that branched through the clear chalcedony as it formed, so every stone holds its own small landscape. These are the extra-large tumbles, eighteen in a pack, each around 24g and polished so the moss shows through a clear window of stone. Hold one against a lamp and the green floats. The size makes them easy to handle and easy to find in a bag or a bowl, and the pack is the sensible way to buy for a group, a shop or a crafter. Gardeners have carried moss agate for centuries as the stone of growth and new beginnings.
Moss agate. Pack of 18. Approximately 24g per stone. From India.
