The larger of the two Triple Moon vessels

The larger of the two Triple Moon copper vessels: a goblet 13cm tall and 8cm across, with a tall stem and a weighted base, the three phases of the moon embossed around the cup and the whole thing finished in a dark antique copper. At 720g it is heavy for its size, as a ritual cup should be; it does not tip when the altar is bumped. The goblet is the altar's water and Goddess tool in Wicca and in most modern witchcraft, used for offerings, for the shared drink at the close of a rite and for moon water left out under a full moon. The Triple Moon marks it for Goddess work and for anyone whose practice follows the lunar cycle. Made in India. Rinse and dry by hand after use, and the finish will darken and deepen with handling, which is as it should be.

Antiqued copper with metal and iron fittings. 8 x 13cm. Weighs 720g. From India.
