Basil and neroli cones from Stamford's premium range: green, herbal basil with neroli, the scent of orange blossom, on top. It is bright and fresh rather than sweet, a cone for a kitchen, a spring morning or a room that needs waking up.
The pack holds around fifteen cones and a small metal holder to burn them on. The cones are made from perfumery raw materials with no bamboo core, so each one burns down to a little heap of ash in about twenty minutes and nothing else is left. Light the tip, let it glow, blow out the flame and set it on the holder.
It is one of the cheapest cones in the shop and pairs with the antique stone concrete plate, which takes a cone on the flat.
