Petals that melt into lather in a hot bath
An extra long gift box of soap flowers, 50cm, with lavender, rose and carnation heads shaped from gently scented soap and laid in a row like a florist's long box. Soap flowers never wilt, so the box keeps on a shelf for years, and a petal pulled off and dropped in a hot bath dissolves into lather and scent, which makes it a present that is both a decoration and a bathroom treat. The lavender, rose and carnation together are the calm, classic colourway, pale purple against pink and cream, the box for a mother, a grandmother or a friend who likes a cottage garden. The long box is the format that reads as a proper bouquet when it is handed over, and it needs no vase and no wrapping. The soap is glycerin based and gentle on skin; the box weighs 410g. Keep it out of direct sun and damp and the colours hold. The Baby Blessings box in blues on the same shelf is the other long box.
Soap flowers in a long gift box. Glycerin, dodecyl sodium sulfate, polyvinyl alcohol, corn starch. 50 x 8 x 9cm. Weighs 410g.
