A gemstone tree of 160 rose quartz chips hand-wired onto shaped metal branches, rising from a base of cast orgonite resin with metal shavings and stone chips glinting inside it. Rose quartz is the stone of love, comfort and self-kindness in crystal practice, and a tree of it is the gentlest object in the range: a soft pink canopy for a bedroom, a nursery, a dressing table or the desk of someone who is hard on themselves. The orgonite base adds the modern balancing material to the oldest heart stone, and the glint of metal through the resin lifts the pink. The branches can be bent gently to arrange the canopy, the chips are natural stone so the pink varies from blush to rose, and at 17cm and 180g the tree is light and steady. It is the mid size of the rose quartz orgonite trees; the 320-stone is the showpiece. Made in India and shipped boxed, so it is a present as it arrives.
