Joints Ease is a warming massage oil of rosemary, ginger and geranium essential oils in pure grapeseed. Rosemary and ginger are the traditional warming pair, the ones in every old liniment recipe, and geranium rounds them off so the blend smells of a herb garden rather than a chemist. Worked in with the fingers over knees, hands, shoulders or the lower back in the evening, it warms the skin, and the grapeseed leaves it soft without a greasy film. A few drops in a hot bath does a gentler version of the same thing. The 100ml bottle is made in the UK and a little goes a long way. Patch test first, keep it off broken skin, and if you are pregnant check the oils with a midwife before using it.
