A medium piece of aura angel quartz: natural clear quartz bonded with a fine layer of precious metal so that every face carries a soft iridescent sheen, pale pink through to gold and blue depending on where the light falls. The treatment is permanent and sits in the surface of the stone rather than on it, so it does not wear or wash off. At 6.5cm and around a hundred grams it fits a hand, a desk or a dish of stones, and it is the size most people choose for a first aura quartz because it shows the full colour play without the price of the large cluster. Underneath it is real quartz with natural terminations. In crystal practice aura quartz is read as uplifting, a stone for a room that needs brightening.
