The backflow gift for someone who has every candle

A medium backflow incense burner carved from mango wood as a stepped tower, 23cm tall, with a brass Buddha set into the front. Backflow cones have a hole through their centre, and when one burns on top of the tower the cool, heavy smoke pours down the channel like water instead of rising, pooling at the base. It is incense as a small spectacle, and it is why backflow burners sell as gifts to people who would never buy a stick. Mango wood gives this one a warmth that the ceramic versions lack, and the brass Buddha catches the light above the falling smoke. Made in India from sustainable orchard timber. Use it with backflow cones, which we sell in boxes of various scents, and keep it out of draughts so the smoke falls cleanly.

Mango wood with brass Buddha. 13 x 23 x 15cm. Weighs 350g. From India.
