An orgonite dome, 6.5cm across and 3cm high, with mixed stone chips, yellow aventurine and red aventurine among them, layered through clear resin alongside metal shavings and the small esoteric objects the range is known for, seen through the curved top. It is the colourful one of the three domes, a mix rather than a single stone, and the one chosen by people who cannot pick between the amethyst and the lapis or who want a dome that goes with every other stone on the desk. Orgonite is the modern resin-and-metal material developed from Wilhelm Reich's ideas about life energy, kept in crystal practice as a balancing and protective object, and the dome is its palm-sized form: a desk, bedside or altar piece, picked up and turned and put back. At 140g it has a pleasing weight. Hand-cast in India in small batches, so the mix of chips and the objects inside differ from dome to dome.
