Ten eucalyptus backflow cones from Aromatika in a hexagonal box. Backflow cones are made with a hollow core, so once the tip is lit the smoke falls out of the base instead of rising, and a backflow burner turns that falling smoke into the slow waterfall effect people buy these for. A normal cone in a backflow burner does nothing.
Eucalyptus is the clean, sharp scent of the range, closer to a steam room than a temple, so it suits a bathroom or a stuffy winter living room. Masala cones are made from a paste of herbs, resins and oils rather than dipped, and the smoke is heavier for it. That is what the waterfall needs.
Each cone burns for around twenty minutes. Burn one at a time on a stable burner on a mat, away from polished or painted surfaces that the smoke could mark.
