A 16cm selenite wand carved with a spiral along its length and rounded at both ends, cut from a single piece of Moroccan selenite. The spiral is more than decoration: it gives the fingers something to hold and turns the light into a twisting band as the wand moves, and the rounded ends make it comfortable to run over the skin or along a layout of stones. At 80g it is light in the hand, so a long session does not tire the wrist. Selenite glows when light passes through it, the quality that earned it the moon goddess Selene's name. Keep it dry. In crystal practice selenite is the clearing stone, and a wand is the tool for sweeping that intention over a person, a room or a set of crystals.
