Cast in heavy brass, these Tibetan Tingsha bells produce a brilliantly bright, resonant sound when struck together. The clear tone rings out powerfully before slowly fading, making them a highly effective way to clear the air or mark the beginning of a meditation session.
The top of each bell is cast with an intricate dragon design, a traditional symbol of strength and wisdom. Handcrafted in India, they feel substantial in the hand and serve as a striking decorative piece when resting on a table.
The two cymbals are joined by a leather cord. Hold the cord so they hang level and strike the edges together, not the faces, for the clearest ring. At 7.4cm they are a standard size.
